Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or store credit if the damage is confirmed. We do not issue refunds for damage due to mishandling by the recipient or delays from shipping carriers.
If you receive an incorrect item in your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will correct the error by shipping the correct item at no additional cost or issuing store credit.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If a return is accepted (in rare and pre-approved cases), return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or damaged in transit.
